Was at the range today to break in and prepare my new caribou rifle...
Brand new Steyr Mannlicher Luxus 300 WM with the sssweetest single set trigger in the world, scope just unboxed for it, a S&B Zenith 3X12X50 A7 reticle with Flashdot, ammo used today is Remington Corelockt 150 gr. and this ammo will be used for the hunt...
I took 12 rounds to break in, zero and confirm this rifle, see the end result a 3 shots group at 200 yards sub .5 MOA...
We were among friends, we shot a lot of pistols and revolvers and caribous... Beware... JP.

Next step is to change the module of the Steyr Mannlicher Luxus (375 H&H bolt, mag, barrel) i have my S&B Zenith 1X8X24 FD7 to unbox and zero it permanantly to the 375 H&H barrel...
I would be very surprised, if it take more than 12 rounds to set this one to....
This setup should cover all my needs for my next hunting season... JP.

Conclusion with my Steyr Mannlicher Luxus...
Both my barrels are set with their scope an zeroed... Here the end result for the 375H&H barrel module mounted with a S&B 1X8X24 FD7...
Not as thight grouping as the 300 WM barrel but pretty satisfactory... JP.
