Steyr Mannlicher M95 Bolt Head Damage Advice

I have a Steyre M95 8x56 with a bit of mushrooming/bending in the bolt head
Looking for repair advice or where to look for a replacement.

I would try cleaning it up with a carbide bit on a dremel tool. Trim it back and smooth it up. I would try that before I went with another bolt.

A lathe would trim that back easily. Better control than with a dremel , unless you have a real steady hand.Just wondering what happened to it. Any idea?
