In theory they are both available. That said, good luck finding one. Try asking one of the dealers like Wolverine, they are your best bet, someone who will undertake an order, and see it through.
I sold my Elite to another board member, and that was one of what I was told were only two in Canada. The Tactical Scouts are a little easier to find.
