On the list of prohibited rifles by name, I believe. There are likely a few of the semi-auto U.S. import ones (called the AMT) around in Canada. If I could find one and had the money I would love to have one. (except the california-legal thumbhole stocked abomination in your picture). They were imported into North America in both 7.5 swiss and 7.62x51 NATO/.308.
