Was interested in this gun, till I seen the price! What's up with that? Did STI all of a sudden go custom?

Over $3K for an STI with a plastic trigger. Who there sets these prices, geesh! I can buy a semi-custom for that

I was looking for a reasonable 9mm performer with descent grip checkering, a mag well and set-up ambi, but I guess this one isn't it.

There is a little exercise you can do here to make sure you get your'e money's worth of 1911...

One proven custom is the Les Baer Premier ll, not many will argue with that and it's a full custom, it sell brand new for between 2500 and 3000...
If like the STI you are talking about is over 3K, you make sure you are dealing with a proven full custom at least equal to the LB...
When i buy a 1911 this help me decide if i get the good stuff...

Not sure I like it....and that's a very heavy price tag..not quite sure what market that is aimed at...
