There's a disclaimer noting that US residents cannot win firearms or ammunition. In the event that they do win a draw for these items - they will be given a gift card of equivalent value instead

Residents of any Canadian province (Edit: except Quebec) or territory may enter - not just Ontario.

Your contest rules are saying that Quebec resident are excluded! Is this still up to date since the law as changed since 2023?
