Sticky extractor Help in O/U

So a while back when wholesale sports had their redonculous clearout sale on the Pardus shotguns i picked up one of their 20ga o/u's just to give it a try. As long as it didn't explode in my face it was worth the price, and to my surprise it's actually not too bad a shotgun for what i use it for.

The main problem i have been having is that after a decent amount of rounds, and not really having cleaned it much i am having the extractor get kinda sticky. It will push the shell out no problem when i open it, but when i put in 2 new shells and go to close it, it doesn't return in real slick and sometimes the lip of the shell is kind of jamming if you try to close it up quick.

If you close it a bit, like 1/4 to half way, then nudge the extractor back in a bit, you can close it without any problems.

This is my first o/u, so i'm not sure if this is something that just needs to be cleaned/oiled (and i can't seem to find much for videos/descriptions of how to disassemble it, so it still just has whatever grease/lube came from the factory). The manual that came with it is pretty useless for anything besides taking off the forend and barrels.

Or is this just the product of cheap turkish labour and it is what it is? (which honestly as a occasionally used grouse shotgun it's not the end of the world. It doesn't get loaded/unloaded on a very high volume)

Any advice or links that help would be appreciated.
 
If new, is warranty still valid?
If not, remove it, clean all contact surface's and reassemble dry without spring's. Move it by hand and look for burr's or high spot's
 
It won’t have ejector springs if it’s extractors.....I’d start by removing the barrels and give the mono-bloc a good soaking and brushing in varasol and blow it out good with compressed air. Then give it a good spray of something like Rem Oil and again blow out the excess with compressed air. Reassemble and try it out. If it’s still hanging up I’d say you ruled out dirt or packing grease and can look for another solution.

I never thought to soak the whole thing, i assumed i would need to take it apart, which is what i've been having trouble finding anything showing how to get it apart.
 
With the gun open, press on the extended extractor with your thumb. Does it move feely? It should, and if it doesn't you should lube the extractor slot and spring recess and repeat.
 
Take the gun down to two pieces.
Remove the wood fore stock.
get some Carb cleaner or some electrical contact cleaner and spray the extractors with copious amounts of cleaner.
Let the parts dry by evaporation.
When dry work the extractors by hand.
Do they feel sticky or binding?
Try using simple green soap, boiling water from the kettle and get busy.
The heat from the hot water will dry the steel parts.
Lube with G96 and reassemble.
