"Sticky" Mosin Nagant bolt.

My newly purchased M44 has the sticky bolt issue, where it is very tough to open to bolt to eject a spent round.

Are there any good guides, threads, or tutorials on how to fix this?

Polish chamber with some polishing compound on a wad driven with an electric drill.
Be careful only the wad touches the chamber walls.
Some ammo has a protective varnish that can make the shells to stick.

shooting what sort of ammo ??

if it laquered steel cases that may be your problem right there.
