Still Waiting.........

Anyone else still waiting for orders placed in December on "in stock" items? I get a different answer every time I talk to Canada Ammo and quite frankly am getting frustrated. Order placed on the 21st, still not shipped. Hate to bring this up here, but emails and phone calls don't seem to work.

I too have ordered more than a week ago without any updates, and i am not doubting anything yet. Holiday season just passed by. A lot of people want 2 weeks off, or the most days off between dec 21th and january 7th. I know i took two weeks off and did not expect anything from anyone else. If ever i do not get any updates by the end of the week then i will doubt something is a miss.

I am fairly tolerant and I completely agree that the holidays will add some delays. That being said, my emails go unanswered, my phone calls seem unimportant to them. I have had 3 or 4 different dates told to me, all have come and gone. I work in a career that is heavy on customer service and so far from Canada Ammo, I don't have much good to say about theirs other than if my stuff eventually gets here that the prices were good and free shipping is a huge bonus, especially on ammunition.
 
I heard there time machine is broken, so apparently they can't freeze time anymore. They did say a teleporter was on order though so pretty soon it'll be free shipping and delivery within 5 minutes of ordering. And another thing that bugs me, why have great deals on firearms and ammunition? And who really needs free shipping, pretty overrated if you ask me. Man Canada Ammo is thee worst...

I ordered on the 26th, and if I got my order on the 31st of January I'd be happy. There's no reason to complain on a forum, they are busy just like every other company in the firearms industry right now. Maybe it was because I grew up with nothing that I have patience but some people are terrible. And if you think this helps anything you couldn't be more wrong. This type of complaint means time out of CanAms day to respond and look into it, cutting time out of there already busy schedule. I would say this for any company, not just CanAm or a firearms company. My two cents

I placed my order on 30/12/12. Received a confirmation 06/01/13 telling me that my cc has been charged and will be shipped out.

This was after I sent my first of 2 un-answered emails. First on 04/01/13 asking a status on my purchases and the second one 2 days later telling them to cancel my order effective immediately and that I was upset with the lack of communication.....now they sent me that email telling me that it is good to go!???

Hopefully I get the right order......

Get over it! It takes time to process orders and ship thing, Even more so around the holidays and with the increase in people panic buying. If it doesn't come by the end of the month start worrying.

Sending them a bunch of emails and calling them a bunch of times and then complaining about them in a public forum is probably only going to slow it down more!

did you call them? If you had read the other forums they have made it clear that is the fastest an quickest way to get answers to your questions.
 
Haha one time it took 3 weeks for them to call me and tell me they haven't shipped because an item I ordered wasn't in stock, but they could swap it for a similar item.
 
They have a horrible rep. for unanswered e-mails.
I bought a Beretta 92fs (Italian) pistol off them years ago. It came with chipped finish where the proof marks are stamped.
I sent them 2 E-mails with detailed pictures of the flaws and questions about what I should do & left a message.
No reply & I still have the pistol to this day with the finish still wrecked in that spot. (I don't care anymore... adds character now) But it did bother me as it was my first gun purchase on-line!

I don't buy firearms on-line anymore. I like to see what I am purchasing in person.

If I remember correctly though, the shipping didn't take that long!
 
I am in the same boat as everyone else on this thread.
I ordered on 26/12/2012 for a crate of ammo and 3x SAN mags. They recieved my EMT the very same day but i still don not have my order even processed!?!?!?"
Ill wait to the end of the week and if nothing has changed by then Ill call and cancel my order.
 
Hijack - I ordered a crap load of parts from glockstoreDOTcom on october 7th 2012... still haven't received package, and they don't respond to emails. they called me eventually and told me one of the parts was on back order, I find out about this 3 months later. now they don't answer at all.

Funniest thing from Marstar today, funny guys over there.... me: "do you have any idea when you'll be stocking the mosin m44 & m38's?" marstar: "sometime this year".... a simple "I have no idea, sorry" would have been ok with me.
 
I placed an order on Dec. 21, 2012. They charged my credit card on Dec. 24, 2012. My order was shipped on Jan 2, 2012. It is still in transit via Canpar.
 
Gzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. I placed the order on jan 4th, maybe Feb is the happy time for me.

Anyway, a little suggestion: tell us how long the delay is expected. Much better than silence.
 
I ordered 26th Dec. and so far no notification of shipping, even for these guys it seems to be dragging a little - but I'm guessing they're dealing with a backlog of orders that accumulated over Christmas.

I don't mind waiting for FREE shipping.

If the retailer would have responded to him in the first place this wouldn't be in a public forum you jackass. How can you seriously defend a business that doesn't have time to communicate with its paying customers.
