Later on down the road I plan to build a Magnum of some sorts and I wanted it to be on a Stiller Tac 300 action. My question is I got a killer deal on a used A1-3 McMillan thats inleted for the Rem 700 LA will the Stiller action mount in this stock with no modification?

The Stiller is just another Remington clone, so will drop in with little or no reinletting.
The reason most "custom actions" are built as Remington clones is for the simple reason of not having to reinvent the wheel, or in this case, the stock.
Our own actions are based on the Remington footprint for this very reason, although some inletting will be required as we are using a longer tenon, which will move the recoil lug ahead some, other than that the bottom metal screws are in the same place as is the safety and bolt handle cut outs.
