Hey fellas,
For those that have stippled frames and/or trigger guard undercuts: do you like it? Do you regret doing the mod? I have 2 gen 3 glocks that I feel like stippling and doing a trigger undercut. But I have some concerns:
Trigger undercut:
- Does your middle finger interfere with the mag release now that your finger is higher up on the frame?
- Does it mess up your finger alignment with the finger grooves? Or did you flatten the front strap as well?
- Did you have to re-adjust your grip after you've done the mod?
Stippling (90% of the time shooting with NO gloves, so please bear that in mind):
- Is it hard on the hand like skateboard tape? I found that my hands were not durable enough to withstand prolonged use of skateboard tape. And I don't shoot often enough to develop the callouses.
- Is using a 1.0mm tip strike that balance of providing traction but also easy on the hands?
- Is it safe to assume that patterns like the tree bark or dragon scale are not bare skin friendly? Or is it the other way around?
And for those that flattened the front strap, do you like it?
Greatly appreciate any input.
