ust looking over different stocks. So many to choose from. Would u suggest a choate or knoxx, and are there any other stocks I should consider? I had an hp9 but it was pretty plain. but if all else fails i could go with a mossberg 590A1. I would be using this for 3 GUN and
as a zombie gun..lolZ

Go with the Knoxx SpecOps or non-recoiling stock version, its well made and you can add a 5 round shell holder on the side.

I like the old style wood the best.

Mesa endline or a NEA or S&J adaptors with your choice of stock for top quality , Also Hogue overmolded stocks are tough as nails. Blackhawk knoxx stock for plinking not near the quaility of the above and ugly to.

Knoxx stocks are not ugly, thats just your opinion. The Mesa, NEA or S&J adaptors are all very nicely made but try shooting one with the stock fully colapsed, look at the picture above, not alot of room for your hand.

I got rid of the mesa. I couldn't get my head tucked down far enough to see the bead and It was extermely uncomfortable because I have big hands. It may work better with ghost rings

I liked the Knoxx Recoil reducing stock on my 870. When using Birdshot and Low recoil Slugs, I could shuck them out at a pretty decent rate. If you are planning on using Full Power Slugs and Buckshot they do bottom out on the springs.

The 590A1 is a good 3 Gun Platform right out of the box, they are a little more clunky in their operation I find.
