stock bending

I need an experienced shotgun smith who can hot oil / infrared bend a Beretta O/U stock for me in order to give it more drop. I once had an experience with a stocker who claimed the ability, that bad experience caused me a broken stock and $1500 replacement. So I'd like to do better with this gun. Any good suggestions?
