Stock fitter / Gunsmith / Graco and shipping to the USA

I had planned on getting an adj. butt plate and comb installed on my Cynergy semi locally but the wait is now too long. Another option is to send it to Graco in the US. Anyone done this? Any issue with US customs and how was the work?

Alternatively, any recommendations in Canada? I am in Ottawa but can ship. I am fairly picky so the work quality needs to be high.

sendibg it to the states is not really a option unless you wish to spend a lot of $'s

You can ship the stock to the US, without paperwork, but not the whole gun. If, you have the gun on a Form 6, you can take it to the US and have the work done and bring it home.

Mark Deprez does great work and he is in Conesus, NY. I'm not sure if he does Gra-coils or not, but I'm sure he has something similar. Here is a link to his website ... http://mdstocks.com/index.html

Send it to Vic Tomlinson. Turnaround time is fast and he does good work. Makes his own adjustable butt plates. Identical to the Gracoil units without the recoil supressor. PM me if you want his info. He is in southern ontario. I know there are a few others on here besides myself that have had work done by him and were quite pleased.
