Stock Fitter

Does anyone know of a good stock fitter? Someone who is knowledgeable and capable of modifying the five basic stock dimensions.

Reviving an older thread. I'm looking for the same for both myself and wife. I am not overly concerned with where the fitter is located just want it done CORRECTLY. I'll even deal with the complications of going south of the border if anyone has any experience with any fitters down there.
