Does anyone know if a Lee enfield No 4 MK II stock set fits onto a No 4 MK I?

The forends are not interchangeable, better to find the one specific to the MK you have.

I've gotten a Mk2 stock on a Mk1. It takes a little fitting, but it's doable. As Lou says, it's easier to just find the proper stock for your gun.
