Stock walnut type C full grip w/ reinforcing bolts nuts springfield 1903a3 U S

They get these stocks in batches. When they sell the last one, they contact Boyd's or some other manufacturer to make up some more.

These stocks require final fitting and finishing, and you get to install the reinforcing bolts.

I've bought a couple, as well as some of the NOS stocks they used to carry. All needed final fitting.

The stocks they have now, also need staining, etc.

The stocks I received were well done, straight and very dry, all good things.

If you're looking for a drop in stock don't buy one.

I believe Boyd's offers finished stocks which they say are drop in.

Have a look at Sarco International as well.

Info Much appreciated! The Sarco stocks are interesting, although I don't mind refinishing------a drop in stock is certainly appealing to me, Plus Numrich doesn,t bother with any descriptions------- hence this thread.
