I found an online place, they say they would send their stocks anywhere. At first glance looks rather handsome and the prices are simply ridiculous. Has anybody had any experience with them?

I've heard that the Richards Microfits need a bit more work to install than the Boyds.

Check out the Boyds stocks. I know a bunch of people who have bought from them and have been very happy.

Don't be fooled...Those stock are nothing like Boyds.

That lump on the fore end is how they hold it on the milling/pattern machine...Up to you to clean up the profile (remove the lump) and finish it.

I've seen several guys shooting the stock with the lump on the fore end...Pretty bubba looking.
I can't imagine it helps with accuracy. ;)

Except for the Classic #102 w/round forend, the rest of those stocks look like they're right out of the 1960s or Start Trek. <barf>

Well there is that too. :D
I was trying to stay away from personal taste.

So much for that. :p

From a personal and an embarrassing experience, do not waste your money on a Richards stock. I could have saved allot of time and money had I done more research and bought a Boyds. :ar15:
