recently new to the forum and have been looking at all the stocks everyone is putting on their rifles and have yet to see anyone using the jae stocks any particular reason?

You mean this one? I googled it up and this is what I got.

Does anyone know how much and where to order it?

I have been one of the people waiting for a stock for almost 2 years now and there are some that have been waiting for longer.

JAE has displayed some of the worst time management I've seen with this project continuously promising dates then not making it again and again.

Here is the latest info from an email to Danielle at Wolverine:

I wish I had more info to tell you besides we’re making parts, but that’s what we’re doing.* There is a lot of progress being made, but until everything is ready, we can’t assemble.* On the smaller parts that are for both the JAE-100 G3 and the JAE-700 stocks, we’re making pretty large quantities so we can maximize our set up time.* This will help our lead times in the long run because it’s more efficient, but it also takes longer to run parts and move on to the next.* When we add more machinery, this will also decrease the lead times.*
*
Please feel free to have your customers contact me if they have any questions.* We know that everyone is excited about receiving their stocks and we’re doing everything we can do to get them finished.*

Thank you,

As a note though Wolverine has been great the entire time and do ther best to keep us informed and they were apparently one of the first companies to put in for the stocks so when they do actually come out of the production line we will be some of the first to receive them.

Lisa is also great at JAE and I have no doubt as to the quality of the stock when it in fact gets to my door.

They just need to stop making so many empty promises and put forth some realistic timelines. It's like they are pranking us on pre-order like you do with your buddy by driving ahead just as they reach for the car door. Funny the first couple times but it gets old fast.

Here is what i did

bought a AICS 2.0 (forlding model accuracy international stock in green) for around 1100 or so (cannot remember) from

Alberta Tactical (SPONSOR) and he had it in about a month

I am thinking about ordering one in TAN (yes I know that is not popular) in a folder as well,

bought a couple of SPS tactical in 223 and 308 from a friend, so I can switch (yes I have the spare 223 mag) guns and play until I get a custom action (my bats dont fit the bill as they have dual ports)

so without being critical of the importer but just the manufacture this is what can happen

USE THE AICS FROM ALBERTA TACTICAL FOR 2 YEARS AND SELL THEM IF NEED BE, YOU GET 2 YEARS OF EXTRA FUN BEFORE I CAN GET THE OTHER STOCK

not being difficult but supporting a sponsor and having fun for 2 years is great

(oh got to mention once more, got to try the stock at the calgary gun show in the easter weekend in the spring so I have had my stuff for months now)

again, not being overly critical but it is better to get going on this unless they reduce the price on pre-orders at 20 bucks per month as they are not ready to ship yet and yes I waited for 14 months so to heck with them for now, and they should understand because I am building a remington clone , taking deposits and I will call you in a couple of years, no thanks,)

and I do not just do internet keyboarding, I actually shoot,

: ' )

Jefferson (until you get one in your hand, how do you know you want one, held a macmillan for 900 bucks A 5 and thought it was junk, held the AICS for 30 seconds and bought one and wish I would have bought 2 )

later eh

Jefferson
