Oberndorf is the location of the original Mauser factory.
It has nothing to do with the Remington 700BDL.
 
No experience with the unit, but if you wanted a steel Oberndorf style trigger guard unit on a 700, that would be the way to go. With the current sale, one could probably be had for under $300.
