Stocky's stocks in Canada?

I was looking at a Bobby Hart Long Range target but they don't ship to Canada. Are there any suppliers here in Canada that can get these stocks? I am thinking of a Savage build and these stocks look great and are certainly economical.

i emailed stockys specifically referring to the itar changes and they said they would not ship to canada.

I called them also and the vibe I got was that they couldn't care less about us north of the border even after I told them about the $500 limit change.

I've called them and the information I got was that there is no problem for an individual to bring the stock into Canada themselves but they would require a commerical license from the U.S. Government to ship an item of that value and they don't do enough business in Canada to warrent the cost of the U.S. license (apparently quite expensive). Without a license companies can ship up to $100.00 to Canada (that's why Boyd's prices their stocks at $99.00). By picking it up myself at a border drop off, I get cheaper shipping, no brockerage fees and even when declaring it at the U.S. customs office have had no problems. I guess obama just wants the cash from the commercial enterprises.
