I just got my brand new Condor back, that I purchased over a month ago and immediatly sent it to be repaired. Now that I finally got it back from the repair depot, IT"S GOT A BIG SCRATCH IN THE FORE END!!! What do I have to do to get some good customer service?

Wow, I sent a Benelli M2 Field to Stoeger Canada last year (or the year before) to have it looked at and it also came back with a long razor srcatch on the receiver.
Someone at Stoeger Canada loves recklessly cutting packages open with exact-o knives. I was very upset but didn't pursue... I just vowed to never deal with anything Stoeger if I could help it
