Anyone ever got their Burris scope back from Stoeger Canada after sending it for repair? I am into month four, no scope AND no reply my e mail. Follow-up , I called Stoeger Canada today- July11. Peter said the scope has been shipped. They need a communication strategy.

Wow that makes me reconsider trying one. I dealt with burris out of the US before itar. I have a pair of landmark binoculars I'm going to send back through the US for a new pivot screw...
 
I've never had a Burris scope so I've never sent one to Stoeger Canada.

Do you have proof of delivery of the package to them? E-mails are relatively easy to ignore. IF I were not getting any response to lesser forms of communication I would make an enquiry of the highest ranking person in the company whose name and appointment title I could discover, by registered letter.
