Stoeger coach gun loose forend

The forend of my Silverado is slightly loose, but I tightened it up by gluing a small piece of bicycle inner tube on the inside. Is this a common problem with these? Any other solutions?

Exactly what is the typical barrel length for a coach-gun, how much do the better models cost and what are the calibers????

It's a 12 gauge double barreled, matte nickel plated, with 20"barrels. Value? What ever the market will bear I guess.

Don't know what other gauges they are available in.
