Stoeger Condor Special

Stopped in to Sail today and looked at what they had listed as a Stoeger Condor Special.

I had not heard of the Special and it certainly looked different than the rest of the Condor line, in particular it had an almost squared off forend.

When I got home I Googled it and found some images (mainly on Australian sites) showing a different gun. The ones I found had a stainless receiver and a traditional forend. Stoeger Canada does not list a Special in their current catalogue.

Any idea what I saw at Sail?

if you go to page 17 they have the condor special listed. it does have a SS receiver.
how much were they asking?

I think it was $549.

The forend did not look like any of the other Condors.
