I just bought a Stoeger Condor in 410. Does anyone have anything good to say about these firearms? I hope so....

Thanks

Thanks for the imput guys.. I did have a few problems today. While shooting some trap, I had the fireing pins not reset a few times. I had to tap the butstock off my boot to get them to reset again. Maybe it just needs to be broken in a bit.. I did manage to shoot 16/25 on the trap field with her. Not bad for a little 410 8)

ddddd

Ive got a stoeger supreme condor in 20 guage, it is awesome quality for $600 gun and came with unbelievable walnut, when new the pins will stick the odd time no worries, pop the back stock off and run some wd40 through all the set up there, way too much grease from the factory in there for it to work every time, good luck and enjoy the gun, by the way............nice shootin

Hunterhenderson, thanks for the info, I will give that a try. I got the shottie for $460 taxes in....She sure puts out a fine pattern with Remington 3" #6's.

If you're going to oil it, I'd recommend you get a good gun oil. WD 40 doesn't retain its viscosity very long.

Someone (I believe it was Bill Leeper) described WD 40 as the "Gunsmith's best friend". Because guys who relied on it to lubricate their guns often had to go to the gunsmith for work afterward.
