I picked up a 150 at an auction yesterday 170gr jacketed 7mm what an odd shaped bullet. Very little is on the internet about them anyone have any wisdom to pass on ? They used to make cast molds for them back in the day bore-rider bullets I think?

Are you referring to the Torpedo bullet? It is a common hunting bullet in Europe,it is an old design, but still very effective... S&B still make them in their SPCE line. I use them in my 7X64 and 8X68 with excellent results on game. The original was by Brenneke and still manufactured as the "TUG."

You may be right they look like the TUG bullet minus the tapered base. Brenneke style
