Storage with Ammo Cans.

I keep my stuff in boxes and try to keep the larger volumes in the large MTM ammo crates then keep my going to the range ammo in a smaller 50cal box. Don't see a reason to drop the box unless you have all of the same brand. Decasant packs can be used or if your inclined to pay once get the rechargeable ones then once or twice a year open and recharge your packs.

I do both.... Shotgun ammo stays in flats since I usually just bring that when I shoot. Pistol and rifle goes into cans.

22 stays in the flats since I don't shoot it barely at all

Yes sir it is lol, thats why i said screw it and dumped them in. Doubled the count :) and i guess thats why I've never seen wax... $80 a box is too much for 22lr IMHO.

You can get those desicant packs way cheaper at SAIL. 11 bucks last I looked. Brand would be lockdown. There are probably cheaper options as well. They don't hold together very well when dropped though. Need better corner crimps.

Thanks. I don't have a Sail here. Have to see if shipping is an option.
