Store hours?

What are their store hours? No one ever picks up the phone...just an answering service that asks for an extension I don't have...

It's more of a warehouse than a store.
Weekdays, usual 9-5 Eastern time, more or less, but the phone can be secondary when an large shipment comes in and all hands are needed in the back.
