storm lake 9mm conversion barrel for G22

If you were to purchase the bbl in the USA it would be half the cost. You would have to go pick it up though.

Barrels are ITAR controlled items that requires US export permit to bring it back to Canada.

To be honest, you're better off with an IGB barrel. Plasma nitrided finish the looks and lasts just like an original Glock barrel. Cost is a few $$ more though.

thanks. didn't know there are other options other than storm lake, KKM and lonewolf(and some expensive custom shop), out there. I have storm lake on my MP40 that is functioning beatifully. besides, other than availability, I would image the support would be better/easier when the vendor is here in NA.

They sell the IGB in Canada. That's what I use in my G19 and G22. The finish doesn't come off like the black LW barrels.

Hi Winchester-1897, guess what. I got a lone wolf from Casey TODAY! when I emailed him yesterday, he was to see if he could get the storm lake for me, then today, surprise! he found a lone wolf sitting in his inventory, for a few YEARS!
I thought I would go and pick it up on Saturday, but couldn't wait and drove up after work. Can't wipe the smile off my face on my way back. what dumb luck I had. Lol...

if you ever come to target sports, I will buy you a coffee.

Now so looking forward to weekend to shoot it. My G22 gets a good make over, TFO fiber sight(to replace the odd 6 o'clock sight that came with it), Magpul 9mm PMAG and this. Another gun works as two.

I see. I am sure they are good quality. which stores carry them? I may take a look to see anything else interesting. Just got lone wolf today with good price, and best part is, no wait time at all.

as for quality, since I am using SS, it doesn't have the finish issue. Being SS, it's easier to differentiate with default 40S&W barrel. So, it's my personal preference.

thanks! bookmarked. very interesting shop with lots of things I can see I could buy at some point down the road. and it's the first one I saw that sells snowboard and guns together.

too bad the p226 x-change kits are all out of stock.
