I have an Ace stock coming for my VZ now I just have to decide which adapter to buy.

Wondering which one people prefer with the Ace and if you have pics of either could you post them?

I went with the straight option and have been very happy with it. The stock height is adjustable for different sighting systems. Cell phone pics.

Straight all the way. Height is adjustable to give a good cheek weld with irons or optics and keeping the top tube inline will prevent the stock from smashing your face during recoil when you have a firm cheek weld. I also handled a CSA with an inline AR adaptor like the one Shawn posted and found the cheek weld to line me up perfectly with the irons.

I have the angled, but only because I use irons. For a red dot or optic, straight would be the way to go.
