Thanks guys

If you are taking them hunting (this is true of all handloads in any caliber in any rifle) run every single round through your chamber, just to make sure it fits. Don'task me how I learned this one....

Mate i had trouble getting a good lock on the bullet when i seated to the cannalure , i thought of a good idea... simply seat the bullet further out..
Fifnt work wouldnt chamber but i found a happy medium which is workin well!
;)

Not sure if you mean dent of bulge. If bulge this is normal if dent then you most likely have the seating die turned in to far as it sounds like you are tring to apply a tight roll crimp. If you are not getting a good crimp without having to turn the die in so far simply get a Lee factory crimp die and problem solved

Yeah Tucker, a dent from applying too much stroke to the press, now an then say every 8 cases, i know when ive done it but im not too worried about the dents, as was said the firing will "fire form" the case again.

I had ordered a LFCD but the store obviously didnt get it in, or didnt let me know an since i am gettin some ok results with how things are now.

Im now more worried if i should work up a stiffer load or leave it with the mild 38-55 velocitys.. but thats another discussion!
