Strange SVT-40 marking

I knew I couldn't get a good pic so I drew a picture. Does anyone know what a marking like this means?

All of these letters could be cyrillic. Its on a refurb Tula SVT. Blued bolt carrier.. weird and no common refurb marks (russian or ukranian).

This is an import mark, I would assume.

Sure might be. It is on the receiver bridge and there is another import mark on there somewhere too... DE09 UA

The DE09 is one of those new UN import markings that Canada backed out of already i think.

My Tula TT33 has that marking as well. Right near the DE09

My refurb 41 Izhevsk SVT has it aswell.

My 1942 has this stamp as well. Must be a stamp from the German proof house prior to export.

It's not Russian. There is no "S" in the Cyrillic alphabet, never has been. Cyril used "C" for what we would call "S", a 'k' for what we would call a 'hard "C"', being that he started with Greek.

Pretty marking, though.

Mine just has "SA" in a rounded square.
