I'm looking at getting the streamlight tlr-2, before I do that I would like to know what you guys think about it.

Thanks

I am currently testing one out on my Sig P220 and it has been there for the last 2000rds without any functioning trouble. The controls are easy to reach, but you have to remember which way is laser, light and laser with light so as to get it to do what you want when you want it! During some low light shooting I discovered that the light gets covered in smoke and dims due to this, so be sure you give it a quick once over with a gloved finger after each sequence. The weight of the light does help a little bit with recoil, and it does make the gun look a lot meaner. Remember to zero the laser to a set range and remember to practice with it, otherwise, just get a TLR-1 and save yourself the money.

Streamlight has just released several new versions of the TLR-1/2 for 2013. Make sure you don't pay full price for obsolete stock.
