stribog sp9a3g What s happen to it

I believe the Importer of Grand Power (which was bringing them in) has now left Canada and no longer dealing with us.

That said MAYBE IRG or some one else could import a version for submission. Unless someone already has and waiting now still

Irunguns has the sp9a1 and they are listed as pistol, so no go

Not necessarily. The fact its a pistol in the US doesn't mean it can't be a rifle here, look at the Mares legs/ranch hands, they're pistols stateside, but rifles here. (at least the 12" barreled ones are rifles here, the 9" barreled ones are handguns)

I agree with you but the problem lies in that the barrel is shorter than 16" stateside and that would make it sbr for them. IRG does US -> Canada exports.

The other problem is that C-21 is in effect now and I am not sure if the law states manufactured after or when a FRT application is made, but it qualifies for their stupid over 5 capacity magazine boulshiiit

An Act to amend certain Acts and to make certain consequential amendments (firearms) (Former bill c21) says designed and manufactured.

(e) a firearm that is not a handgun and that

(i) discharges centre-fire ammunition in a semi-automatic manner,

(ii) was originally designed with a detachable cartridge magazine with a capacity of six cartridges or more, and

(iii) is designed and manufactured on or after the day on which this paragraph comes into force; (arme à feu prohibée)

You already pointed out it is a handgun in the US, so SBR stuff doesn't apply. I would think it doesn't matter either way, as IRG regularly brings guns into Canada that would be SBRs stateside. Here's one from today: https://www.canadiangunnutz.com/for...arrel-Adjustable-Stock-1760-88-USD-for-Import

Edit - that actually appears to be a handgun stateside. So it looks to be the exact same scenario we're talking about, a handgun stateside but a rifle here. Here is an SBR they were selling a month ago: https://www.canadiangunnutz.com/for...vor-X95-SBR-For-Import-to-Canada-1-934-99-USD
