Stripped pic rail mount screws dilemma.

So I just bought a 30 MOA pic rail for my savage 10tr and went to remove the old 0moa rail mounted from the factory and stripped the heads of all 4 screws. It is like they're made of butter plus probably red loctited into the action. Can someone help me out with an effective way to get these out. They are a no10 torx.

Drill out the head then remove rail and vise grips to turn out what's left.
