You could try Ebay. I did And got a couple of nice Vietnam era Winchester bandoleers with stripper clips and A Magazine gadget so you can load stripper clips into magazine off of the rifle . i paid about 13 bucks each Bandoleer
I got a scope mounted so the magazine feeder comes in handy . My 3 piont scope mount was from Ebay too , and it cost 45 bucks .
Infact the bandoleer kits are still availiable .and the ebay item number is
(#260079038710) paste this number into search on Ebay and the bandoleer kit will show up . This seller is in the US but does ship to Kanader . its where i got mine from .they also have other interesting stuff.

mmmmm. Strippers.....

Seriously, how come no one has chimed in about 'chargers, not strippers' etc?

He didn't ask for a charger. I'm assuming that he want to quickly reload his magazine without taking it out of the rifle. Therefore he needs the Cartridge Clip Guide (Official terminology) to insert cartridge clips (unofficially known as stripper clips). I think the designation Mag Charger is reserved for the little thingy that goes over the back of the magazine and acts as a clip guide for loose magazines.
