OK H.: If you want it in french, just PM me.
Now, for everyone here, stripping a VZ-52/57 isn't a daunting task. Just follow the rules.
-First, get the hanguard off: pinch the two tabs at the base of the handguard and lift it from the rear, pivoting towards the front sight, Tug a bit rearward and it will pop out.
-Rack the bolt carrier to the rear with magazine in place; this will engage the hold open. Push the safety lever in.
-Get the magazine out.
-Now, take one cartridge and push its pointed tip into the hole at the base of the bayonet. While depressing the plunger underneath, slide the part that holds the barrel (the small part with finger grooves) to the front out of its races. Pull the barrel up and pivot it rearward, separating the unit from the stock.
If you have access to a padded vice, it is time to immobilize the barrel into it. It will make the rest of the operations easier, since you'll need both hands (and preferably a third

).
The VZ-52 series boast a captive concentric piston, sliding around the barrel. It is a small 1" cylindrical part. It transmits impulse to a captive secondary actuator by means of a "U" shaped sheet metal connecting piece.
Hold the piston so it doesn't move and slide the "U" shaped part to the rear and disengage it from the piston; lift it out.
You can see now the captive secondary actuator and its spring with its two prongs that push on both sides of the carrier.
Slide the piston down the barrel and clean the outer surface of the barrel. Clean the underside of the piston's circumference; some VZ still have a carbon scraper in the tool kit just for that. Lacking one, you can fashion one out of a small piece of broken hacksaw blade. Flush the works with CrudCutter or RemClean.
-Pull the charging handle back and slowly guide it to the front.
Grasp the receiver cover by its grooves and push it toward the front while trying to lift it. CAUTION: when it disengages, do not lose your grip or the cover will fly across the room. Lift it just enough from the rear to clear the action rear stop and release the spring tension. Do not fumble it or you'll kink the spring!
Now turn the whole barreled action upside down and slide the carrier assembly to the rear slowly. When it reaches the cutouts in the raceways, it will drop down into your hand. Sometimes, twisting it ever so slightly helps.
Remember you put the safety on? to take the trigger/hammer assembly unit out, the safety lever MUST be ON.
Take a look at the triggerguard: it is a curved unit made out of spring steel and pivoted towards the front. There is a catch at the rear. Put a rod behind the trigger, inside the guard's bow and pull to the rear; this will disengage the guard from the housing and allow it to pivot, freeing the body to slide out of its lugs.
No more disassembly: flush the unit as a whole with RemClean. Do the same for the bolt and carrier. It can be disassembled right down to the minute part but I reserve this for a future illustrated post.
Good luck and don't force anything.
PP.
