stripping CZ finish

If it is a baked on enamel finish my recommendation is soda blasting.

It should strip it easily and not damage the underlying metal.

It is messy as hell if you don’t have a blasting booth.
 
Are you going to cerakote the gun? I usually take my guns to a local gunsmith's shop and use their bead blater to strip the finish. Doing it with a blaster + baking soda in your own backyard is fine but remember to wear a mask.
