folks, any advise to put in?

CZ brand is stronger, but Ruger can be equipped with a scope at the same price....

The CZ 457 is an outstanding rifle, buy one and you won’t regret. I don’t think the Ruger is even in the same league as the CZ.

I don't have experience with the Ruger but I do have an At-One with 20" barrel and I can get consistent 3/8" groups at 50yds with Center-X or Eley Team. I have a friend with the same rifle and he gets consistent 1" groups at 100yds with it. TC

Sfrc has a pretty good sale on now as well, I like the feel of the CZ match target but that’s just me. I had an at one as well but didn’t like the plastic pieces.

Having owned and competed with both rifles I strongly suggest the CZ, you will be much happier with the accuracy. That being said the ruger is not a bad rifle, just not in the same realm of accuracy of the CZ. You get what you pay for.

Shot an ORPS match today and around half the CZs were struggling with failure to feed.
The Tikkas I've seen, including my own, have been flawless.

If accuracy is your priority, get the CZ.
If a great value all around budget gun is what you need, then get the Ruger.
