Just got my compact forend for the SU16 b and have the old folding bipod stock off, Ive got the front split ring with retainer installed but am not sure about the rear ring with smaller cut in it. Can anybody tell me if I have to remove the front sight and gas block and put it on first or how is the set up. The Kel-tec instructions absolutely blow.
