Does anyone know if the barrels are different? I had an SU16 and now have an SU16FX and I get way better accuracy out of my FX . Just wondering if this is common or if I just found the right ammo for the gun. I switched to a 64 gr. bullet out of my SU16FX and I'm now punching paper better then many of the bolt shooters beside who were with me at the range (and yes I know bolts are more accurate and can do better then I did).
In the pic below: remounted my scope (2-7 Burris), @100m fired a 3 shot (loonie size) group high right, adjusted fired low left (green), adjusted low left (orange), adjusted and fired 3 into a quarter size group in the x ring. Beyond happy with this rifle right now! Can't wait to go crack some coyotes!
