Sub 2000 Barrel Pinned?

Kel Tec recently started pinning the barrels of the Sub 2K in the receiver. It is supposed to stop the the barrel from rotating in the receiver when it gets extremely hot.

I was wondering if the last imported batch of non-restricted rifles were pinned?
