Sub 2000 FTE looking for help.

After about 200 rounds my glock 9mm sub 2000 started to fte "bolt would jam empty case in action". At first only the last round in the mag would fte then it got worse. Cleaned gun tried different loads,mags and made sure I was pulling gun into my shoulder. Seems if I push up on mag it runs fine seems to throw the brass further too. Think I'm going to replace mag catch. If anyone else has had this problem would like to hear how you fixed it? Also noticed primer strikes are off center are all sub 2000 like this?

Check the catch(es) on the mag, make sure they are straight. If there is slop, maybe the mag is sitting lower and somehow causing the problem. I had this on a rifle once. Fixed it by adjusting the rear mag catch.
I realize in this case the mag is a pistol mag, probably not the same issue. More likely to be the mag latch/release.
