Sub caliber adaptors

Does anyone know where to get an adaptor 12 gauge to something small like 22 or 22 mag? It would be handy for me on the trapline as I know pack a shotgun a lot of times as bird season is open until Jan 31.

Thus guy makes sub caliber adapters for rifles but you may be be able to get him to do one for your shotgun.

The alternative is a 410 adapter for your 12 gauge .
