subsonic ammunition

Hello,

Can you fire safely 9 mm subsonic ammunition in Beretta 92 FS.

The Box says SUBSONIC. there is no mention about +P or +P+.

Yes...

Subsonic just means lower than the speed of sound. It varies due to temp and altitude...but it's around 1115 fps.

Most factory 9 (the non +p) is about 990 fps...so it's subsonic regardless of what's printed on the box
