Still here.
I have the opposite type of bullets, they guide themselves off target.

DARPA's Extreme Accuracy Tasked Ordnance (EXACTO) program recently conducted the first successful live-fire tests demonstrating in-flight guidance of .50-caliber bullets. This video shows EXACTO rounds maneuvering in flight to hit targets that are offset from where the sniper rifle is initially aimed. EXACTO's specially designed ammunition and real-time optical guidance system help track and direct projectiles to their targets by compensating for weather, wind, target movement and other factors that could impede successful aim.

I bet that is an expensive box of bullets to buy...

but what a crap video... not really real...?

If ever you're in doubt about who or where I am.
I'm here, I'm there, I'm everywhere.
I am your Uncle Sam.
Electric Uncle Sam

DARPA at it again, wouldn't want to be in charge of the "enemy force" with a few of those facing me. The Artillery, Fast Air, and Helecopters were bad enough...

Is it just me or does this make no sence? The section bullet is all microchip, no led, no or little propellant

That section pictured looks like a cartridge... but it would have to be the projectile... and it will have to be a rocket with guidance... it will not be a fast spinning bullet out of a rifled barrel...
