Suggested recoil pad for Stevens 200

Hello,

Recently got a Stevens 200 25-06. Recoil is not bad, but I still want to put a better recoil pad on it for a nicer day at the range. Any suggestions? I have never replaced a recoil pad before, but I am a do-it-yourselfer so is there any brands that are easier to fit?

I have a Savage in 7mm RM and swapped out the stock pad for the one Underfire mentioned. I had to elongate the lower mounting hole to get it to fit (under 2 mins ) and it makes a huge difference in felt recoil.
