Suggestions for a 7mm mag target load

Anyone have a suggestion starting point for a mid-long range load for a 7mm mag for punching paper?

if your rifle will handle long bullets, take a look at the 162 gr. Amax or 175 gr. MatchKing

both have BC's over .600

Id be trying H4831sc or H1000 first

Thanks Tod I was not awear A-max made a 162 think I will try them!

162gr Amax, Retumbo or Re25, Fed 215M primer in prepped and collet neck sized fireformed brass.

You should be able to get 3000fps and maybe even 3150fps depending on the barrel. Best accuracy will depend on the rifle and can be anywhere from 2850fps and up.
