Suggestions for Edmonton deer butcher / processing?

K&K Deli on Whyte ave. Ask for Rudy or Bernie. Excellent guys. Just make sure the meat is clean and hair free. Have used and referred this Co. for decades. Exceptional.

Sandy Lane Meat shop...156 st & about 95 ave. Meat must be in excellent shape or he won't accept it and he doesn't mix with other meat. I've had sausage made other places in Cal-Edm-central AB and nobody else's compares.

I used to use Coronado Meats, North of the city. Swiss guy, makes great sausage.
May be worth a call to see if he's taking in any new customers or not.

Cheers

Just got my deer back from Sandy View in Spruce Grove. Turn around was 10 days. Price was pretty reasonable. Garlic sausage is great and the smokies are really nice. Didn't charge for the ground or the 2 roasts. Will be going back next year.

That's fast. I had one in a few years ago that I didn't get back until late January. The end product though was excellent.
